How should I make the payment for the orders?

For orders placed through our customer care or website, you can pay online through credit cards, debit cards, internet banking or E-wallets. We take very strict measures to ensure a fair and secure online transaction.

In case of prepaid order return or cancellation, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount. This helps us recover logistics costs incurred in delivering the products to you, while also supporting efforts to reduce unnecessary environmental waste.

Cash on Delivery (COD) will be available only for select users, based on eligibility criteria determined at our discretion. Customers may also have the option to place an order by making a COD convenience fee of ₹49. Please note that this COD convenience fee is non-refundable in the event of any order cancellation.

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on the website and not on the Zanducare app, currently. We regret the inconvenience caused.

To ensure the best experience with our products, certain items, including our Shilajit, Resin, and Vigorex range are available exclusively on prepaid orders. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition, with complete traceability from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Please note, in case the above listed products are bought with any other products won't be eligible for COD as well.

Will I get any confirmation after placing the order?

Once you place the order, a notification will be sent to your email address and your registered mobile number along with the order reference number

How do I track my order?

We ship orders through our registered courier partners. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an SMS from our courier partner which includes the AWB courier tracking number. Using the AWB number, you can either track the order on our website or on the website of our courier partners

When will I receive the order?

The estimated time of delivery is generally 4-5 business days, time may vary according to your delivery location

When will I get the invoice for my order?

Invoice copy will be provided to you when the order is delivered to your address
